Chinese tourist overnight stays are expected to increase by 25 percent this year

first_imgIn 2018, 234.118 arrivals and 345.293 overnight stays were made in Croatia from the Chinese market, which is an increase of 46 percent, while projections for 2019 show the realization of more than 300.000 arrivals and more than 430.000 overnight stays from the Chinese market. The workshops are intended for representatives of Chinese tour operators and agencies. EUROPE IS STILL A FAVORITE DESTINATION FOR CHINESE TOURISTS As part of the workshops, a rich additional program was prepared, which includes a special performance with lights (lightshow), ie outlining six Croatian tourist destinations and localities, including Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Opatija, Pula, Kornati and Plitvice Lakes National Park.
