Back in January, he committed to Georgia football, but he’s been using his official visits to see some other places.Smith was in Tennessee in mid-November, and Alabama for the Iron Bowl.Penn State didn’t have a game this weekend, as Ohio State battled Northwestern for the Big Ten title.
